Questions

Before you book.

The things people ask at the door, answered properly. If what you need is not here, call and ask — the phone is answered between cuts.

Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins taken before 11am when a chair is free. After 11am the chairs are usually booked, so it is worth booking online — it takes about a minute and you can pick your barber.

How long does a haircut take?

A skin fade or scissor cut is booked for 45 minutes. A cut with the beard done as well is an hour. A line-up between cuts is 15 minutes.

What are your hours?

Open 8am to 8pm, six days a week. Closed Sunday.

How much is a haircut?

A skin fade is $48 and a scissor cut is $45. A cut with the beard shaped is $68. The shortest service is a $22 line-up between cuts. Prices include the hot towel finish.

Can I ask for a specific barber?

Yes. Pick the barber when you book. If they are full that week the booking page will show you their next opening rather than quietly moving you to someone else.

Do you cut kids’ hair?

Under 10s are $28 and booked for 30 minutes rather than 20, so there is no rush. 8am on Saturday is the quietest slot in the week if noise is a problem.

What if I do not like the cut?

Say so in the chair, before the cape comes off — that is the easiest moment to fix anything. If you notice later in the week, come back in and it gets put right at no charge.

How do I pay and do you take tips?

Cash, debit and card. Tips on the machine.

Questions about a particular service

Each service has its own page with what is included, who it suits and how to keep it.

Still not sure? Just come in.

Mornings before eleven are the quietest and you can ask in person without committing to a chair.
