Booked for thirty minutes rather than twenty, because the ten minutes of sitting in the chair doing nothing is often the part that matters. If it does not happen today, it happens next time and there is no charge for trying.

Under 10s, and particularly a first haircut or a child who has had a bad experience with clippers.
Keeping it
Saturday at 8am is the quietest hour of the week and the easiest first appointment if noise is the problem.

- What if my child will not sit still?
- Then we stop. Thirty minutes is booked so there is no pressure to finish, and if it does not happen there is no charge. Most children who bail the first time are fine the second.
- Do you use clippers on children?
- Only if the child is comfortable with the noise. Scissors work for most first cuts and the barber will ask before switching.
